How to make a return?

Our goal is for you to absolutely love your purchase! If you don't, no worries, just send it back to us!

Please know that our return policy is for store credit only. Your store credit works just like cash and never expires.

Items are eligible for return if:

* Items are shipped back within 14 days from the original purchase date

* All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.

* All items are free from makeup, stains, and odors.

* Clearance/Final Sale Merchandise is not eligible for return

How do I know if my order was received?

You will receive a confirmation email from Sopehlia's! If you do not see it and you have checked your spam or junk folder, please contact us!

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?

We sure do! Please just make sure that you select this shipping method when checking out. Enter all details needed to deliver the item(s) using this method (ie. PO Box Number, Military Routing Information, etc)

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Most orders ship within 24-48. Please know that if you are ordering on or during a holiday, processing times may be slightly longer.

How do I change my order?

If you need to modify your order, please let us know immediately. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
